Fans & Fireplaces: Turn off all ceiling and standing fans. Fireplaces should remain off during photography unless otherwise requested.

Kitchens
Sink Areas: Remove dishes, drying racks, sponges, soap bottles, caddies, and cleaning supplies from sinks and surrounding areas.
Countertops & Islands: Clear unnecessary items and keep surfaces clean and minimal. Leave only intentional décor or staged pieces.
Floors: Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
Refrigerator Exterior: Remove magnets, notes, calendars, children’s artwork, and papers from the refrigerator.
Trash & Recycling: Store trash bins and recycling containers out of sight whenever possible.
Small Appliances: Minimize countertop appliances such as toasters, air fryers, coffee pods, blender bases, and charging stations unless they contribute to the styling of the space.
Paper Towels & Cleaning Supplies: Remove paper towel holders, dish soap, and visible cleaning products from counters.
Cabinet & Refrigerator Tops: Clear items stored above cabinets or refrigerators, including boxes, baskets, and unused appliances.
Stove & Oven Areas: Ensure stovetops are spotless and free of cookware, utensils, or food items.
Dining Tables & Breakfast Nooks: Keep tables simple and uncluttered with minimal, tasteful staging if desired.
Bedrooms & Offices
Floors & Area Rugs: Remove small or visually distracting rugs when possible to create a more open, streamlined look.
Beds & Linens: Make beds neatly using simple, solid-colored bedding when available. Keep styling minimal and clean for a hotel-like appearance.
Desks & Dressers: Clear surfaces of papers, cords, and miscellaneous items. Keep décor intentional and minimal to reduce visual clutter.
Under Beds: Ensure this area is completely clear, as it is often visible in photos and can distract from the overall presentation.
Electronics & Networking Devices: Conceal modems, routers, and visible tech equipment when possible without disrupting functionality.
Fans & Portable Units: Remove standing fans, portable air conditioners, air purifiers, and similar appliances to maintain a clean, uncluttered space.
Bathrooms
Shower & Bathtub: Clear all products, bottles, loofahs, and accessories from the tub and shower. Leave fixtures visible and ensure the tub deck and surrounding edges are open and unobstructed.
Sink & Vanity Areas: Remove all toiletries, personal care items, and countertop clutter. Keep surfaces as clean and minimal as possible.
Toilet Area: Close toilet lids and remove all visible bathroom items such as toilet paper stands, baskets, plungers, and toilet brushes.
Towels & Textiles: Use only clean, neatly folded or intentionally staged towels. Remove any damp, worn, or excess linens.
Flooring & Mats: Remove all bath mats and floor coverings unless they are specifically part of the staging design. Ensure floors are clean and visible.
Trash & Accessories: Remove bathroom trash bins and any additional accessories or storage items that are not part of staging.
Personal Hygiene Items: Hide toothbrushes (including electric), razors, cosmetics, and any other personal care products from view.
Scales & Utility Items: Remove bathroom scales and other functional items from the floor or corners.
Closet & Door Areas: Remove robes, clothing, and towels hanging on doors, hooks, or behind entryways to keep the space clean and uncluttered.
